Our CIC program is a simple way for you to purchase equipment.
Future Computing Solutions, Inc. (FCSI) orders, stages, configures,
and tests products based on configurations designed according to
your specifications. Delivery and installation at your site is scheduled
at your convenience. CIC is ideal for system roll-outs or upgrades.
How does it work?
Develop Standard Configuration(s)
FCSI works closely with clients to specify one or more suitable
system configurations that include hardware as well as software
for the operating system, word processing, spreadsheet, database,
antivirus, etc. Prices are quoted for each configuration and reconfirmed
at the time the order is placed.
Obtain and Review Requests
Authorized client personnel contact FCSI to order equipment. We
review requests for accuracy, appropriateness and compatibility.
Receive and Inspect Products
FCSI receives and inspects all equipment to ensure the order is
correct and complete.
Configure Equipment
The FCSI staging center installs internal and external enhancements,
formats drives, configures pre-loaded software, installs procured
or customer-provided shrink-wrapped software and connects all peripherals.
Equipment is tested to ensure all components are functioning properly.
FCSI handles any returns for items that are defective.
Track Asset and Warranty
FCSI records the equipment configuration, date purchased, warranty
status, etc., and provides reports to the client.
Options
Create and maintain a master copy of the client’s desktop
software configuration. The CIC assists in back up of user data,
transfer of user data and the
recycling of old equipment.
