FCSI R4 Local/Nationwide
FCSI offers a R4 warranty program in addition to the
manufacturer's warranty, customized repair service program
to retrieve, repair and return... with reliability...within
48 to 72 hours from issuance of a repair order...FCSI
R4 Local/Nationwide Program.
The R4 Program makes dealing with problems easy! There
are 4 easy steps to follow:
- Customers calls FCSI requesting R4 Service.
- FCSI calls our Logistics Partner, arranging for
pick-up at Customer Site
- Item(s) delivered to FCSI Depot Center overnight
where FCSI Technician assesses the problem(s)and makes
necessary repairs.
- Repaired item(s) packed and shipped overnight back
to the customer site.
