Repair

Most of the calls we get about a broken laptop or a printer that has stopped talking to the network are not really infrastructure questions — they are "can somebody just look at this" questions. That is what our repair bench is for. Bring it in, or call ahead and we will have a technician ready when you arrive.

We are an authorized repair provider for HP, Lenovo and other major manufacturers, which matters more than it sounds like it should: authorized repair means genuine parts, and it means an in-warranty repair does not void the warranty the way an uncertified shop can. If the machine is still covered, we handle it the way the manufacturer expects. If it is out of warranty, we will tell you plainly whether repair is worth it against replacement — we would rather lose a repair than sell you one that does not make sense.
